UFO's are storming Russia

I found this little gem earlier today while browsing Russian news.



It seems that UFO's have been descending on the town of Kamnsk-Uralsky in droves as of late. Of all the places in Russia that the aliens could choose to go, I wonder what interests them about this place in particular.
