St. Petersburg plans to build this magnificent edifice, but not everyone is happy about it. They've struggled to keep up with Moscow economically, so in that sense I guess it's a good way to attract business. Mostly people seem to be angry that it will mess up the skyline of historic buildings. What do YOU think?
